Description

Ingredients
- 12 oz egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 can peas and carrots, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place uncooked egg noodles into a casserole dish.
- Add drained peas and carrots evenly over the noodles.
- Mix cream of chicken soup with chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the noodles and vegetables.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
