Description

A creamy and comforting casserole loaded with egg noodles, peas, carrots, and a rich savory sauce. Perfect for an easy family dinner with cozy spring flavors.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 can peas and carrots, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place uncooked egg noodles into a casserole dish.
  3. Add drained peas and carrots evenly over the noodles.
  4. Mix cream of chicken soup with chicken broth until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture over the noodles and vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy.
