Creamy Slow Cooker Ground Beef Noodles

Creamy Slow Cooker Ground Beef Noodles

Pour chicken broth over ground beef and a few simple pantry staples for a creamy slow cooker dinner that everyone asks for again and again. Rich, hearty, and perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 12 oz egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Add the ground beef to the slow cooker.
  2. Pour the chicken broth over the beef.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup and cream cheese.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  5. Break apart and stir the beef occasionally if possible.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to package directions and drain.
  7. Stir the cooked noodles into the slow cooker.
  8. Mix until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  9. Serve hot.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve with garlic bread.
  • Add steamed broccoli or peas on the side.
  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

Tip: Brown the ground beef before adding it to the slow cooker if you prefer a richer flavor and less grease.
