Creamy Slow Cooker Ground Beef Noodles
Pour chicken broth over ground beef and a few simple pantry staples for a creamy slow cooker dinner that everyone asks for again and again. Rich, hearty, and perfect for busy nights.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 12 oz egg noodles
Instructions
- Add the ground beef to the slow cooker.
- Pour the chicken broth over the beef.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup and cream cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Break apart and stir the beef occasionally if possible.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to package directions and drain.
- Stir the cooked noodles into the slow cooker.
- Mix until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Serve hot.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve with garlic bread.
- Add steamed broccoli or peas on the side.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
Tip: Brown the ground beef before adding it to the slow cooker if you prefer a richer flavor and less grease.
