Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs
This incredibly easy slow cooker chicken recipe delivers juicy, tender chicken coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce. With just a few ingredients, it’s perfect for busy weeknights or potluck dinners.
Ingredients
- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Arrange the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix the honey and minced garlic.
- Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the chicken.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Place small pats of butter on top of each chicken thigh.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Once the chicken is tender and fully cooked, spoon the sauce over the top.
- Serve hot with rice, potatoes, or vegetables.

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish
