Gloria’s Creamy Chicken Bake
A rich, creamy chicken casserole made with tender chicken pieces baked in a flavorful cheese sauce. This comforting family meal is easy to prepare and perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs (900 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the chicken pieces evenly in the baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, paprika, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and stir gently to coat.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Cooked bacon bits
- Diced mushrooms
- Fresh parsley for garnish
