Thursday Night Cheeseburger Macaroni
This creamy, cheesy macaroni and beef skillet is the ultimate comfort food. Tender pasta, seasoned ground beef, and plenty of melted cheese come together in one easy meal the whole family will love.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Stir in the uncooked macaroni and diced tomatoes.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes until the pasta is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Mix until the cheese is completely melted and creamy.
- Serve immediately while hot.
Optional Additions
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish
