Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (tilapia, cod, or similar)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning mix (salt, pepper, paprika)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Line a baking tray with foil and lightly grease it.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs (or cornmeal) with seasoning.
  4. Brush fish fillets with melted butter or oil.
  5. Coat each fillet evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place on the prepared baking tray.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with lemon wedges or your favorite sides.
