Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (tilapia, cod, or similar)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
- 1 teaspoon seasoning mix (salt, pepper, paprika)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Line a baking tray with foil and lightly grease it.
- Mix breadcrumbs (or cornmeal) with seasoning.
- Brush fish fillets with melted butter or oil.
- Coat each fillet evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place on the prepared baking tray.
