Bacon Wrapped Potato Wedges
These crispy bacon-wrapped potato wedges are always the first appetizer to disappear. Smoky bacon wrapped around seasoned potatoes creates the perfect bite-sized snack for parties, game days, and family gatherings.
Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 12 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap each potato wedge with a half slice of bacon.
- Arrange on the baking sheet seam-side down.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the bacon is crispy.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of black pepper
