Bacon Wrapped Potato Wedges

These crispy bacon-wrapped potato wedges are always the first appetizer to disappear. Smoky bacon wrapped around seasoned potatoes creates the perfect bite-sized snack for parties, game days, and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 12 slices bacon, cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Wrap each potato wedge with a half slice of bacon.
  5. Arrange on the baking sheet seam-side down.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the bacon is crispy.
  7. For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Optional Dipping Sauce

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of black pepper
