Buttery Baked Egg Noodles
This simple comfort-food side dish combines tender egg noodles, rich chicken broth, and plenty of butter for a creamy, satisfying casserole that pairs perfectly with chicken, beef, or pork.
Ingredients
- 12 oz (340 g) egg noodles
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the dry egg noodles evenly in the baking dish.
- Pour the chicken broth over the noodles.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes if desired.
- Serve warm.

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
