Slow Cooker One-Pot Spaghetti

Slow Cooker One-Pot Spaghetti

This easy one-pot spaghetti is a family favorite. Everything cooks together in the slow cooker, creating a rich meat sauce while the pasta absorbs all the delicious flavors. No need to boil the spaghetti separately.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz / 680 g) pasta sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz / 410 g) diced tomatoes
  • 3 cups beef broth or water
  • 8 oz (225 g) uncooked spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Add the beef to the slow cooker.
  3. Pour in the pasta sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir well.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours.
  5. Break the spaghetti in half and stir it into the sauce during the last 30–40 minutes of cooking.
  6. Cover and continue cooking until the pasta is tender.
  7. Stir well before serving and enjoy.

Optional Additions

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
