Slow Cooker One-Pot Spaghetti
This easy one-pot spaghetti is a family favorite. Everything cooks together in the slow cooker, creating a rich meat sauce while the pasta absorbs all the delicious flavors. No need to boil the spaghetti separately.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz / 680 g) pasta sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz / 410 g) diced tomatoes
- 3 cups beef broth or water
- 8 oz (225 g) uncooked spaghetti
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Add the beef to the slow cooker.
- Pour in the pasta sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours.
- Break the spaghetti in half and stir it into the sauce during the last 30–40 minutes of cooking.
- Cover and continue cooking until the pasta is tender.
- Stir well before serving and enjoy.
Optional Additions
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
