Slow Cooker Peach Dump Cake
This incredibly easy Slow Cooker Peach Dump Cake comes together with just a handful of pantry staples. Juicy canned peaches, buttery cake mix, and warm cinnamon slowly bake into a soft cobbler-like dessert that’s delicious served warm with vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz each) sliced peaches in juice, undrained
- 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Lightly grease the inside of the slow cooker.
- Pour both cans of peaches, including the juice, into the slow cooker.
- Stir in the vanilla extract if using.
- Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the peaches. Do not stir.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon over the cake mix.
- Slowly drizzle the melted butter evenly across the top.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2–3 hours or LOW for 4 hours, until the top is set and lightly golden around the edges.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
