Slow Cooker Peach Dump Cake

This incredibly easy Slow Cooker Peach Dump Cake comes together with just a handful of pantry staples. Juicy canned peaches, buttery cake mix, and warm cinnamon slowly bake into a soft cobbler-like dessert that’s delicious served warm with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) sliced peaches in juice, undrained
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the inside of the slow cooker.
  2. Pour both cans of peaches, including the juice, into the slow cooker.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract if using.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the peaches. Do not stir.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the cake mix.
  6. Slowly drizzle the melted butter evenly across the top.
  7. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2–3 hours or LOW for 4 hours, until the top is set and lightly golden around the edges.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
