Slow Cooker Sausage & Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 3–4 potatoes (sliced)
  • 1 smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 1 onion (optional)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt & black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place sliced potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add sliced sausage on top.
  3. Add onions if using.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour chicken broth over everything.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.

Important Tips:

  • Cut potatoes evenly for consistent cooking.
  • Do not add too much liquid.
  • You can add cheese in the last 15 minutes.
  • Use foil inside for richer flavor (optional).

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve hot with bread
  • Add a side salad
  • Top with parsley or cheese
