Slow Cooker Sausage & Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 3–4 potatoes (sliced)
- 1 smoked sausage (sliced)
- 1 onion (optional)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt & black pepper
Instructions:
- Place sliced potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add sliced sausage on top.
- Add onions if using.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour chicken broth over everything.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
Important Tips:
- Cut potatoes evenly for consistent cooking.
- Do not add too much liquid.
- You can add cheese in the last 15 minutes.
- Use foil inside for richer flavor (optional).
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve hot with bread
- Add a side salad
- Top with parsley or cheese
