Cloud Cake (Super Soft & Fluffy)

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs (separated)
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
  2. Mix cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add egg yolks and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, beat egg whites until fluffy.
  5. Add sugar gradually while beating until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold egg whites into cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour batter into lined baking pan.
  8. Bake for 45–55 minutes using a water bath.
  9. Let cool before removing from pan.

Important Tips:

  • Do not overmix to keep cake airy.
  • Use room temperature ingredients.
  • Water bath helps prevent cracking.
  • Let cake cool slowly inside oven.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Dust with powdered sugar
  • Serve with fruits
  • Add whipped cream
