Cloud Cake (Super Soft & Fluffy)
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs (separated)
- 200g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Mix cream cheese until smooth.
- Add egg yolks and mix well.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites until fluffy.
- Add sugar gradually while beating until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold egg whites into cream cheese mixture.
- Pour batter into lined baking pan.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes using a water bath.
- Let cool before removing from pan.
Important Tips:
- Do not overmix to keep cake airy.
- Use room temperature ingredients.
- Water bath helps prevent cracking.
- Let cake cool slowly inside oven.
Serving Suggestions:
- Dust with powdered sugar
- Serve with fruits
- Add whipped cream
