Slow Cooker Chicken & Cabbage
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 small cabbage (cut into wedges)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic (optional)
- Salt & black pepper
Instructions:
- Place cabbage wedges at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken on top of the cabbage.
- Add garlic if using.
- Pour chicken broth over everything.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
Important Tips:
- Do not overcook to keep chicken juicy.
- Cabbage will become very tender and flavorful.
- Add butter for richer taste.
- Use spices like paprika for extra flavor.

- Serve with rice
- Serve with bread
- Add lemon juice before serving
