Slow Cooker Beef & Cottage Cheese
Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 can tomato sauce
- Salt & black pepper
Instructions:
- Place ground beef in the slow cooker.
- Add chopped onion on top.
- Pour tomato sauce over the mixture.
- Add cottage cheese evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Stir before serving.
Important Tips:
- Use lean beef to reduce grease.
- Do not add too much liquid.
- You can add pasta or rice when serving.
- Add herbs like oregano for better taste.
