Slow Cooker Beef & Cottage Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • Salt & black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place ground beef in the slow cooker.
  2. Add chopped onion on top.
  3. Pour tomato sauce over the mixture.
  4. Add cottage cheese evenly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  7. Stir before serving.

Important Tips:

  • Use lean beef to reduce grease.
  • Do not add too much liquid.
  • You can add pasta or rice when serving.
  • Add herbs like oregano for better taste.

  • Serve with pasta
  • Serve with rice
  • Top with extra cheese
