Easy 3-Ingredient Lemon Dessert
Ingredients:
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
Instructions:
- Pour lemon pie filling into the slow cooker or baking dish.
- Spread evenly to cover the bottom.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix on top (do not mix).
- Pour melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
- Cook on LOW for 2–3 hours (slow cooker) or bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Important Tips:
- Do not stir the layers for best texture.
- Use parchment paper if baking in oven.
- Add coconut or nuts for extra flavor (optional).
- Serve warm for best taste.
