Slow Cooker Creamy Ground Beef
Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Add ground beef to the slow cooker.
- Add chopped onion on top.
- Pour chicken broth over the mixture.
- Add cream of mushroom soup.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5ā6 hours or HIGH for 3ā4 hours.
- Stir well before serving.
Important Tips:
- You can brown the beef first for extra flavor.
- Stir halfway through cooking if possible.
- Add garlic or spices for stronger taste.
- Do not add too much liquid.
