Slow Cooker Creamy Ground Beef

Ingredients:

  • 500g ground beef
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Add ground beef to the slow cooker.
  2. Add chopped onion on top.
  3. Pour chicken broth over the mixture.
  4. Add cream of mushroom soup.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  7. Stir well before serving.

Important Tips:

  • You can brown the beef first for extra flavor.
  • Stir halfway through cooking if possible.
  • Add garlic or spices for stronger taste.
  • Do not add too much liquid.

  • Serve over rice
  • Serve with pasta
  • Serve with mashed potatoes
