Slow Cooker Sausage and Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 5 sausages
  • 1 small cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place chopped cabbage and onions in the slow cooker.
  2. Add sausages on top.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Pour chicken broth over everything.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  6. Serve hot with the flavorful juices.

Important Tips:

  • You can brown sausages before cooking for extra flavor.
  • Do not add too much liquid.
  • Add garlic or paprika for more taste.
  • Stir gently before serving.
