Slow Cooker Sausage and Cabbage
Ingredients:
- 5 sausages
- 1 small cabbage (chopped)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Place chopped cabbage and onions in the slow cooker.
- Add sausages on top.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Pour chicken broth over everything.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Serve hot with the flavorful juices.
Important Tips:
- You can brown sausages before cooking for extra flavor.
- Do not add too much liquid.
- Add garlic or paprika for more taste.
- Stir gently before serving.
