Easy Ham and Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 6 biscuits (ready-made dough or baked)
  • 6 slices ham
  • 6 slices cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice biscuits in half.
  3. Add ham and cheese inside each biscuit.
  4. Place them in a baking dish.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter (optional).
  6. Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Serve warm.

Important Tips:

  • Use good quality cheese for better melting.
  • Do not overbake to keep biscuits soft.
  • You can add mustard or sauce for extra flavor.
  • Wrap in foil to keep them moist.
