Easy Ham and Cheese Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 6 biscuits (ready-made dough or baked)
- 6 slices ham
- 6 slices cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice biscuits in half.
- Add ham and cheese inside each biscuit.
- Place them in a baking dish.
- Brush tops with melted butter (optional).
- Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
Important Tips:
- Use good quality cheese for better melting.
- Do not overbake to keep biscuits soft.
- You can add mustard or sauce for extra flavor.
- Wrap in foil to keep them moist.
