Foil Pack Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops

My neighbor brought this over when I had my baby and it saved dinner. Just 4 ingredients wrapped tightly in little foil bundles. The pork turns incredibly tender while the creamy garlic-Parmesan topping melts into every bite.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Tear four large sheets of aluminum foil and lightly grease them.
  3. Place one pork chop in the center of each foil sheet.
  4. Season with Italian seasoning.
  5. Spoon Alfredo sauce evenly over each pork chop.
  6. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Fold the foil tightly around each chop to create sealed packets.
  8. Arrange packets on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the pork is fully cooked and tender.
  10. Carefully open the packets and serve with the creamy sauce spooned over the top.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve with mashed potatoes or buttered noodles.
  • Add steamed broccoli or green beans on the side.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley for extra color and flavor.

Tip: For a golden top like the photo, open the foil packets during the last 5 minutes of baking and place them under the broiler briefly.
