Foil Pack Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops
Foil Pack Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops
My neighbor brought this over when I had my baby and it saved dinner. Just 4 ingredients wrapped tightly in little foil bundles. The pork turns incredibly tender while the creamy garlic-Parmesan topping melts into every bite.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Tear four large sheets of aluminum foil and lightly grease them.
- Place one pork chop in the center of each foil sheet.
- Season with Italian seasoning.
- Spoon Alfredo sauce evenly over each pork chop.
- Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
- Fold the foil tightly around each chop to create sealed packets.
- Arrange packets on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the pork is fully cooked and tender.
- Carefully open the packets and serve with the creamy sauce spooned over the top.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve with mashed potatoes or buttered noodles.
- Add steamed broccoli or green beans on the side.
- Garnish with chopped parsley for extra color and flavor.
Tip: For a golden top like the photo, open the foil packets during the last 5 minutes of baking and place them under the broiler briefly.
