Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts (cooked or raw)
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add rice to the slow cooker.
  2. Place chicken on top.
  3. Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
  4. Add cream of chicken soup.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours.
  7. Shred the chicken and mix well before serving.

Important Tips:

  • Use long grain rice for best texture.
  • Do not overcook to avoid mushy rice.
  • Add more broth if needed.
  • Stir gently after cooking.
