Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts (cooked or raw)
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (optional)
Instructions:
- Add rice to the slow cooker.
- Place chicken on top.
- Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Add cream of chicken soup.
- Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4ā5 hours.
- Shred the chicken and mix well before serving.
Important Tips:
- Use long grain rice for best texture.
- Do not overcook to avoid mushy rice.
- Add more broth if needed.
- Stir gently after cooking.
