Slow Cooker Creamy Beef Casserole
Description
A rich and hearty slow cooker casserole made with seasoned ground beef, creamy mushroom soup, tender potatoes, cheese, and onions. Comfort food thatās filling, easy, and always requested at dinner time.
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cups diced potatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lightly grease the slow cooker.
- Add diced potatoes and chopped onions to the bottom.
- Place raw ground beef evenly over the vegetables.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour cream of mushroom soup over everything.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6ā7 hours or HIGH for 3ā4 hours.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top during the final 15 minutes.
- Serve hot as a hearty family casserole.
