Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken quarters
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken quarters into the slow cooker.
  2. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the chicken.
  4. Add butter on top if using.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
  6. Spoon juices over chicken before serving.
  7. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.

Tips
