Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  3. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon.
  4. Place wrapped chicken in a foil-lined baking dish.
  5. Mix brown sugar and barbecue sauce, then spread over the chicken.
  6. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake an additional 20–25 minutes until bacon is crispy.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
