Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Juicy beef patties simmered in rich onion gravy make this cozy slow cooker meal a family favorite. Perfect served over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs ground beef
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Shape ground beef into thick oval patties.
  2. Place sliced onions into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Arrange beef patties on top of onions.
  4. Mix beef broth, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce together.
  5. Pour mixture over patties.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  7. Spoon gravy over patties before serving.
Serving Tip: Serve with mashed potatoes or buttered egg noodles for the ultimate comfort meal.
