Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak
Juicy beef patties simmered in rich onion gravy make this cozy slow cooker meal a family favorite. Perfect served over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs ground beef
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Shape ground beef into thick oval patties.
- Place sliced onions into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Arrange beef patties on top of onions.
- Mix beef broth, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce together.
- Pour mixture over patties.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6ā7 hours or HIGH for 3ā4 hours.
- Spoon gravy over patties before serving.
Serving Tip: Serve with mashed potatoes or buttered egg noodles for the ultimate comfort meal.
