Crispy Garlic Potato Wedges
Golden, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these seasoned potato wedges are the perfect side dish for any family dinner or weekend meal.
Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and slice potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the wedges.
- Bake for 35ā40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Serve hot.
