Creamy Corn Noodle Casserole

Pour cream style corn and these 2 ingredients over uncooked egg noodles into a casserole dish for a hearty dinner that families request weekly.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread uncooked egg noodles evenly into a greased casserole dish.
  3. Pour cream style corn over the noodles.
  4. Add sour cream and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Mix gently until combined.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
