Easy Evaporated Milk Dessert Cake
Pour an entire can of raw evaporated milk in the pan with 3 simple ingredients and your friends wonāt believe how something this easy tastes this amazing.
Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a square baking pan lightly with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour evaporated milk into a mixing bowl.
- Add cake mix, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Serving Suggestions
- Dust with powdered sugar
- Serve with whipped cream
- Add fresh berries on top
