Baked Pork Chops and Green Beans

Scatter green beans and these 4 ingredients over pork chops for a baked meal I keep craving.

Ingredients

  • 5 pork chops
  • 4 cups green beans
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread green beans evenly in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the green beans.
  4. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place pork chops on top of the green beans.
  6. Season pork chops with additional salt and pepper.
  7. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake another 15-20 minutes until pork is fully cooked and slightly golden.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve with mashed potatoes or rice
  • Add parmesan cheese over green beans
  • Pair with dinner rolls or salad

Tip: For extra flavor, add a little butter on top of each pork chop before baking.
