Baked Pork Chops and Green Beans
Scatter green beans and these 4 ingredients over pork chops for a baked meal I keep craving.
Ingredients
- 5 pork chops
- 4 cups green beans
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread green beans evenly in a baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the green beans.
- Add garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place pork chops on top of the green beans.
- Season pork chops with additional salt and pepper.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 15-20 minutes until pork is fully cooked and slightly golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice
- Add parmesan cheese over green beans
- Pair with dinner rolls or salad
Tip: For extra flavor, add a little butter on top of each pork chop before baking.
