Creamy Cheddar Macaroni Bake

Pour cheddar cheese soup and these 3 ingredients over elbow macaroni into a baking dish for a creamy comfort food you will want again and again.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  3. Add uncooked elbow macaroni to the dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix cheddar cheese soup, milk, and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly over the macaroni.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve with garlic bread
  • Add cooked bacon or ham
  • Pair with a green salad

Tip: Stir halfway through baking for extra creamy macaroni.
