Creamy Cheddar Macaroni Bake
Pour cheddar cheese soup and these 3 ingredients over elbow macaroni into a baking dish for a creamy comfort food you will want again and again.
Ingredients
- 3 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Add uncooked elbow macaroni to the dish.
- In a bowl, mix cheddar cheese soup, milk, and sour cream until smooth.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the macaroni.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve with garlic bread
- Add cooked bacon or ham
- Pair with a green salad
