Tender beef stew, hearty egg noodles, and melted cheese come together in this cozy casserole that tastes like pure comfort on a busy night.
Ingredients
- 1 package uncooked egg noodles
- 2 cans beef stew
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread uncooked egg noodles evenly into a greased baking dish.
- Pour beef stew over the noodles.
- Add beef broth and stir lightly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35ā40 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm.
