Cheesy Broccoli Rice Casserole
Creamy rice, tender broccoli, and loads of melted cheese baked together into the ultimate family comfort food. Simple ingredients, cozy flavors, and always a hit at the dinner table.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix rice, broccoli, chicken, cream soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in 1½ cups of shredded cheese.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25ā30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Serving Tip: Add crushed crackers or breadcrumbs on top before baking for an extra crispy finish.
