Creamy Chicken Spaghetti Bake
This old-fashioned church potluck favorite is creamy, cheesy, and packed with tender chicken and pasta. With just a few ingredients, it makes a big comforting casserole perfect for feeding a crowd.
Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti, cooked
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk (optional for extra creaminess)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place cooked spaghetti in a large mixing bowl.
- Add shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
- Stir in half the shredded cheese.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs if using.
- Bake uncovered for 25ā30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serving Tip: Sprinkle with parsley and serve with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
