Creamy Chicken Spaghetti Bake

This old-fashioned church potluck favorite is creamy, cheesy, and packed with tender chicken and pasta. With just a few ingredients, it makes a big comforting casserole perfect for feeding a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti, cooked
  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk (optional for extra creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place cooked spaghetti in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
  4. Stir in half the shredded cheese.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs if using.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serving Tip: Sprinkle with parsley and serve with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
