Creamy Beef Noodle Bake

Rich, creamy, cheesy, and packed with hearty beef and tender egg noodles, this comforting casserole is the kind of family dinner everyone asks for again and again.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet, then drain excess grease.
  3. Spread uncooked egg noodles into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and beef broth in a bowl.
  5. Add cooked beef mixture over the noodles.
  6. Pour creamy sauce evenly over everything.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Serving Tip: Sprinkle with parsley and serve with garlic bread for the ultimate comfort meal.
