Cheddar Broccoli Noodle Bake
Creamy cheddar broccoli soup, tender noodles, and melted cheese come together in this cozy casserole thatās easy, cheesy, and perfect for busy nights.
Ingredients
- 12 oz egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 can cheddar broccoli soup
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth or milk
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread uncooked egg noodles evenly into a greased 9Ć13 baking dish.
- Add frozen broccoli over the noodles.
- Pour cheddar broccoli soup and chicken broth over everything.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serving Tip: Add cooked chicken or bacon pieces for an even heartier casserole.
