Baked Bone-In Chicken Thighs

Pour bone-in thighs in the baking dish with 4 simple ingredients and give Mom a dinner she’ll remember long after the flowers wilt.

Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  3. Place chicken thighs skin-side up in the dish.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper evenly on top.
  6. Add small pieces of butter over the thighs.
  7. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes until chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
  8. Broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispy skin if desired.
  9. Garnish with parsley before serving.

  • Add warm dinner rolls on the side
