Baked Bone-In Chicken Thighs
Pour bone-in thighs in the baking dish with 4 simple ingredients and give Mom a dinner she’ll remember long after the flowers wilt.
Ingredients
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place chicken thighs skin-side up in the dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- Sprinkle garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper evenly on top.
- Add small pieces of butter over the thighs.
- Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes until chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispy skin if desired.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
