Grandma’s Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 3–4 lb beef chuck roast
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Place the beef roast into the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the roast.
  3. Pour cream of mushroom soup on top.
  4. Add beef broth, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 8–9 hours or HIGH for 5–6 hours.
  6. Shred or slice the beef before serving.
  7. Spoon extra gravy over the meat for maximum flavor.
