Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Add sliced mushrooms on top.
- Pour the heavy cream evenly over everything.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
