Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms on top.
  5. Pour the heavy cream evenly over everything.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
