Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) ziti or penne pasta (uncooked)
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef or sausage
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or tomato soup
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix marinara sauce with the soup.
- In the slow cooker, layer uncooked pasta, meat mixture, and sauce.
- Repeat layers, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until pasta is tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy the cheesy goodness.
