Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) ziti or penne pasta (uncooked)
  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef or sausage
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or tomato soup
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, mix marinara sauce with the soup.
  3. In the slow cooker, layer uncooked pasta, meat mixture, and sauce.
  4. Repeat layers, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until pasta is tender.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy the cheesy goodness.
