Slow Cooker Creamy Corn Beef Casserole
Pour cream style corn over ground beef, paired with 2 simple ingredients, into the slow cooker for a comforting meal that’s my default when I don’t know what to make. Creamy, hearty, and incredibly easy for busy nights.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream style corn
- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lightly grease the slow cooker.
- Add ground beef and break it apart evenly.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread frozen hash browns over the beef.
- Pour cream style corn evenly on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top during the last 15 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve with biscuits or cornbread
- Add chopped green onions on top
- Pair with a fresh side salad
Tip: Brown the ground beef before adding it to the slow cooker if you want extra flavor and less grease.
