Slow Cooker Chicken Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups dry egg noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add dry egg noodles to the slow cooker.
  2. Add cooked chicken on top.
  3. Pour chicken broth over everything.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add butter for extra flavor (optional).
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours.
  7. Stir once or twice until noodles are tender.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.

Important Tips:

  • Do not overcook to avoid mushy noodles.
  • Add more broth if needed.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
  • Stir gently to keep texture perfect.
