Slow Cooker Chicken Noodles
Ingredients:
- 2 cups dry egg noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
Instructions:
- Add dry egg noodles to the slow cooker.
- Add cooked chicken on top.
- Pour chicken broth over everything.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add butter for extra flavor (optional).
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours.
- Stir once or twice until noodles are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Important Tips:
- Do not overcook to avoid mushy noodles.
- Add more broth if needed.
- Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Stir gently to keep texture perfect.
