Ingredients
- 3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups diced ham
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups milk or chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar recommended)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place uncooked macaroni in a baking dish.
- Add diced ham evenly over the pasta.
- In a bowl, mix soup with milk or broth.
- Pour the mixture over the pasta and ham.
- Stir slightly to combine.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40ā45 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm.
