Ingredients

  • 3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 1/2 cups diced ham
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups milk or chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar recommended)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place uncooked macaroni in a baking dish.
  3. Add diced ham evenly over the pasta.
  4. In a bowl, mix soup with milk or broth.
  5. Pour the mixture over the pasta and ham.
  6. Stir slightly to combine.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 40–45 minutes until pasta is tender.
  9. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
  10. Serve warm.

Tips
