Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a baking dish.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and spread over the cooled crust.
- In a pan, cook chopped pecans, brown sugar, and butter until bubbly.
- Spread the pecan mixture over the cream layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
