Creamy Slow Cooker Red Potatoes
Tender petite red potatoes slow cooked in a rich creamy garlic herb sauce. This comforting side dish is incredibly easy to make and pairs perfectly with chicken, steak, or roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs petite red potatoes, halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place halved red potatoes into the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, parmesan cheese, garlic, butter, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the potatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5ā6 hours or HIGH for 3ā4 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Serving Tip: Add crispy bacon bits or extra parmesan on top for even more flavor.
