Creamy Slow Cooker Red Potatoes

Tender petite red potatoes slow cooked in a rich creamy garlic herb sauce. This comforting side dish is incredibly easy to make and pairs perfectly with chicken, steak, or roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs petite red potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place halved red potatoes into the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, parmesan cheese, garlic, butter, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the potatoes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Serving Tip: Add crispy bacon bits or extra parmesan on top for even more flavor.
