Slow Cooker Golden Mushroom Beef Roast
This rich and savory beef roast cooks low and slow in a creamy golden mushroom sauce with tender mushrooms and onions. Itās the perfect comfort meal for busy evenings.
Ingredients
- 3ā4 lb beef roast
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place sliced mushrooms and diced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Set the beef roast on top.
- Season with salt, pepper, and onion soup mix.
- Pour the golden mushroom soup evenly over the roast.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8ā9 hours or HIGH for 5ā6 hours.
- Shred or slice the beef and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
