Slow Cooker Golden Mushroom Beef Roast

This rich and savory beef roast cooks low and slow in a creamy golden mushroom sauce with tender mushrooms and onions. It’s the perfect comfort meal for busy evenings.

Ingredients

  • 3–4 lb beef roast
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place sliced mushrooms and diced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Set the beef roast on top.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and onion soup mix.
  4. Pour the golden mushroom soup evenly over the roast.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 8–9 hours or HIGH for 5–6 hours.
  6. Shred or slice the beef and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
Serving Tip: Spoon the rich mushroom gravy over the beef for even more flavor.
