Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Pork Chops

A rich and flavorful comfort meal made with thick pork chops topped with a delicious garlic butter mixture. This easy slow cooker recipe creates tender, juicy meat that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 4 thick pork chops
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper.

In a small bowl, mix butter, minced garlic, and parsley.

Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over each pork chop.

Place the pork chops into the slow cooker.

Pour the chicken broth around (not over) the pork chops.

Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until tender.
