Creamy Herb Chicken Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream or heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or thawed frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the chicken breasts in a glass baking dish.

In a bowl, mix together the cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.

Bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce is bubbly and slightly golden.
