Slow Cooker Vanilla Fruit Compote

A simple and cozy fruit dish made with fresh mixed fruits and a sweet vanilla vinaigrette. This recipe transforms everyday fruit into a warm, juicy compote perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries (halved)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes (halved)
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1 orange or mandarin, peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 cup vanilla vinaigrette (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

Add all the mixed fruit into the slow cooker.

Pour the vanilla vinaigrette evenly over the fruit.

Gently stir to coat all the fruit with the dressing.

Cover and cook on low for 1.5–2 hours until the fruit softens and releases its natural juices.

Stir once during cooking to blend the flavors.
