Ingredients

  • 4 frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or milk
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen chicken breasts into the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix the soup, sour cream, and chicken broth (or milk).
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  6. Shred or serve whole with the creamy sauce.
