Cheesy Bacon Potato Foil Pack

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

  1. Place diced potatoes on a large sheet of foil.
  2. Add butter on top of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and bacon evenly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  5. Wrap foil tightly to seal everything inside.
  6. Place in slow cooker or oven.
  7. Cook on LOW for 6 hours (slow cooker) or bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45–60 minutes.
  8. Carefully open foil and serve warm.

Important Tips:

  • Cut potatoes into small cubes for even cooking.
  • Seal foil tightly to keep moisture inside.
  • Use pre-cooked bacon for best results.
  • Stir gently after opening for extra creaminess.
