Cheesy Bacon Potato Foil Pack
Ingredients:
- 3 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
- Place diced potatoes on a large sheet of foil.
- Add butter on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese and bacon evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Wrap foil tightly to seal everything inside.
- Place in slow cooker or oven.
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours (slow cooker) or bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45–60 minutes.
- Carefully open foil and serve warm.
Important Tips:
- Cut potatoes into small cubes for even cooking.
- Seal foil tightly to keep moisture inside.
- Use pre-cooked bacon for best results.
- Stir gently after opening for extra creaminess.
