Slow Cooker Chicken with Leeks
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup chopped leeks
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add chopped leeks evenly on top.
- Pour chicken broth over everything.
- Add butter on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Serve warm with the flavorful sauce.

- Wash leeks well to remove dirt.
- Use broth instead of water for better taste.
- Do not overcook to keep chicken juicy.
